Die Karoo Eisteddfod het in 2011 as kunswedstyd tot stand gekom. Hierdie uitsonderlike kunswedstryd is gebaseer in die hart van die Groot Karoo, en bied aan almal die geleentheid tot deelname aan musiek, skryfkuns, dans, dramatiese en visuele kunste.
Ons streef daarna om aan elke deelnemer 'n positiewe en opbouende ervaring te bied; vanaf inskrywing, regdeur administrasie, kundige beoordeling, sertifisering en effektiewe praktiese opbouende terugvoer. Die hele ervaring het ten doel om selfvertroue en eiewaarde van deelnemers op bou en leer positief aan te moedig.
The Karoo Eisteddfod was established in 2011 as an art competition. This exceptional art competition is based in the heart of the Great Karoo and offers everyone the opportunity to participate in music, writing, dance, dramatic, and visual arts.
We aim to provide every participant with a positive and uplifting experience from enrolment through administration, expert assessment, certification, and practical, encouraging feedback. The entire experience is designed to develop participants' self-confidence and self-worth positively and ultimately empower the youth of the Great Karoo.
